Titleist 917F2 Fairway Wood

Titleist have used a more compact head shape on the F3 version to maximise to add more shotmaking versatility.

A newly engineered Active Recoil Channel has been designed to provide more flex to the face that allows faster, more explosive ball speeds for enhanced distance. A variable thickness face insert works in unison with the Active Recoil Channel to produce outstanding results, especially on mishits. 

Forgiveness in the 971F2 fairway comes from the low CG location and extremely high MOI, this is what will make those off centre shots perform similarly to the good strikes. 

Titleist have stuck with the SureFit hosel system which will allow you to choose from 16 independent settings that will help you create your desired trajectory and shape as well as maximise carry distances. 

A new addition to the very playable 917F range is the SureFit CG technology which will allow you to change the spin and flight characteristics. The weight cartridge in the 917F has a neutral or draw setting that will help you flight the ball at your desired trajectory as well as help you achieve your go to shape. 

Note: A wrench is not supplied with the 917F fairway wood and you will not be supplied with a weight kit unless ordered specifically through custom..
