Callaway Ladies XR 16 OS Irons

Callaway have created a super game improvement iron that is progressive through the set, both in lengths and lofts, this will help you get the maximum carry distances out of each golf club in the set. 

The Callaway XR 16 OS irons feature their incredible Face Cup technology, this technology will increase the flex of the face evenly to give you amazing ball speeds for more distance. The Face Cup technology also increases the size of the sweetspot to virtually the whole face making it incredibly forgiving. 

A wider sole has been used compared to the standard XR version. This has allowed Callaway to reposition the CG (centre of gravity) lower and deeper in the head to benefit the high handicap golfer that the XR 16 OS ladies iron is aimed at. The wider sole design also increases the stability of the head (MOI) at impact to reduce sidespin on those shots that do not come off the middle. 

To increase launch, clubhead speed and feel Callaway have fitted the XR 16 OS ladies iron with the Mitsubishi MRC Bassara E-Series graphite shaft.
