A choice of two grinds will help you develop a consistent short game, add finesse to green side shots and allow you to gain that all important distance control. 

For different shots you need different spin and that is exactly what Callaway offer with their groove technology. In the lower lofted clubs that you will use for full shots the grooving is less aggressive, this allows for better trajectory control and better shot shaping capabilities. And in the higher lofted clubs the grooving is more aggressive to allow for more spin and control from shorter swings and more finesse shots. 

MD3 S Grind - Has a traditional wedge sole design that offers little heel relief. This will best suit golfers who play in a variety of surfaces

MD3 C Grind - Has more toe and heel relief compared to the “S” and this grind will give you more versatility to play different shots with your wedges. This will best suit golfers who play in firmer conditions.

Callaway have fitted the Mack Daddy 3 Satin Chrome wedge with a Dynamic Gold wedge flex shaft and then added the premium Lamkin UTX grip.
